| Rummen är ganska slitna och inte undethållen. Vi hade ett cabanarum och det var inte värt priset på långa vägar. Hotellet för övrig höll bra standard. Läget perfekt-över gatan och sedan stranden. |

| This resort needs a Refit. Poolside room was very dark, Has a great big pool which was dangerously over clorinated. It is in a great location however.
May not suit Western people as its full of Russian packaged tourists, they smoke and drink non stop, are very loud and gloomy, Peasants with Euro s basiclly.
I will not stay again, too many other great options for same moneys. |

| Отдыхали в Woraburi с 15.04-02.05.Бронировали номер pool access.Гостиница неплохая, но по моему мнению в номерах нужен косметический ремонт, также полотенца и постельное белье слегка подустали. Когда нас поселили не было в номере балдахина над кроватью как на фотографии, когда мы бронировали.Убирали номер не очень хорошо, горничная то мыла не положит, то полотенца для пляжа.Но стоит только сказать об этом на ресепшене, так все сразу исправят в кратчайшие сроки.Вообще на ресепшене работает замечательный персонал, очень приветливые и внимательные, чем был приятно удивлен, так что мелкие недостатки в номере в процессе отдыха мы особо не замечали.Завтрак понравился, как ни странно даже не надоел. Были овощи, фрукты, катофель, разные сосиски, бекон жареный, тайская лапша, рис жареный и простой, яйца во всех проявлениях, также жарят вкусный омлет,оладьи, тосты и.т. д.Очень удобно, что каждый день из гостиницы в 12.30 дня и 7.00 вечера предоставляют машину, которая бесплатно возит до Патонга постояльцев живущих в Woraburi. Также хочу отметить, что расположение у гостиницы просто супер, все рядом, и море, и рестораны, прямо рядом вещевой базар.А Карон бич - это конечно уникальный пляж, просто любовь с первого взгляда. Вообщем Мы довольны, счастливы, и вам советуем. |

| We have lived here 14 days.
The hotel
- is clean and elegant, ideally located it on the promenade.
- offers wireless internet, the service is expensive and is of very poor quality.
- breakfast buffet did not adjust for European guests.
- offers fitness room, but it is not open in the morning or at night, only during the daytime when most guests are outdoors!
- evening buffet is very nice.
Nice pool area for those living in ground floor. There is no circulation in the pool! They not use the circulationspump to suck out oil and other things.
Reception staffs speak poor English.
After all, we can recommend the hotel. |

| very beautiful hotel, especially the big swimming pool. however, there is a problem with the door lock. on the first day, we left very early in the morning for a day trip. we double checked the door was locked before we left. when we came back at 7pm, the door was open but nothing lost. I called the front desk and they said that room had door lock problem before and gave us free room level up. I suggest future visitors check door locks before move in. The hot water in the second room is not quite stable. The people in the hotel are friendly and helpful. |

| Hotel was very clean and it had perfect swimmingpool. Staff was very friendly and helping us with little boy all the time. I think this hotel also suits for people in wheelchair in addition to baby push chair, because there were ramps everywhere. Hotel taxi-service was expencive (1400 thb from airport), but instead that taxi from airport cost 500 baht. Everything else was good compared to price. |

| Woraburi Resort: What a lovely resort to stay! Manager Daranee Thisathien very friendly and excellent customer service at your front desk. Stunning room, lovely swimming pool; excellent room service and a very clean and healthy environment to stay. We really enjoyed the peacefu and relaxing atmosphere. Definitely recommended! |

| We stayed in the Cabana Suites and really enjoyed our stay at the Woraburi. Rooms are clean and the terrace by the pool is perfect for an afternoon swim after a day at the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpfull, we used the free shuttlebus to Patong and it worked perfect. We will definitely come back to Woraburi the next time we return to Phuket. |

Rooms - Very Good
Service - Excellent
Food(Restaurant & Poolside)- Very Good
Food (Breakfast)- Poor. Considering that the majority of the guest were from Europe very little Continental foods such as proper cereals and a choice of breads (both the bread and butter were sub-standard) Most of the foods were Asian stir fry and looked suspiciously like left overs from the previous nights buffet dinner. The bacon was always cold and the sausages inedible. Furthermore the sweet pastries and some other exposed foods were often covered in flies which was a real turnoff.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay however for my family to return the breakfast problems would need to be addressed or we would take breakfast offsite. |

| Hotel pool is small and more like a private pool .
Buffet breakfast spread is limited and same every day.
Room Toilet lighting is poor. Floor is sticky. Towels are smelly. Faucet water pressure is weak.
Suppose hotel is still acceptable to budget conscious travellers who wants to spend more time out of the hotel exploring Phuket- beach, restaurants and shopping. |

| Beautiful hotel, and great Cabana Room. Very modern and clean. Although the smell of the rubbish dump directly next door smells and doesnt look nice. Service was extremely poor. No information booklet on hotel in the room so room service was difficult. Staff knew very little English and communication with staff was near impossible. Twice our room service never turned up, and phone calls to reception were hardly ever returned.
Tuna sandwich from poolside bar was full of crushed eggshells! Laundry was gauranteed to be returned the same day, but wasnt. After 5 phone calls it was returned 2 days later. Check out took almost 1 hour as staff did not know how to handle our refusal to pay for the eggshell-filled sandwich and the laundry. Very poor service overall. |

| it is a very beautiful and romantic hotel .it is organized . the view was amazing . the service was exselent . the pool is nice and well desigened .i have one criticisime for the resturant that close too earlyer . but in general every thing is perfect. one more thing ... Thanx to the ture office in the hotel specialy Mrs. Nattya she was very nice and friendly . |

| Throughly enjoyed our stay, my wife and I had a Cabana unit next to pool and pool bar. Highly reccommend.
Staff were exceptional.
Only complaint, at breakfast whilst there was plenty of variation in bain maries, they were not heated most times.
We will return.

| My Husband and I had a BLAST! The Resort personel from the Management to the staff were extraordinary, Food excellent, Our room was big on the first floor, just a jump from our porch to Pool. The pool Bar Super.We were celebrating our Wedding anniversary and the management made it the best and the most special one a night to remember for the rest of our lives. Will stay there again? yesssssssss without any questions. |

Home in Norway again, after a very pleasent stay at Woraburi Phuket Resort & Spa. We stayed i the hotel for 14 days in mars/april 2006, and we are very satisfied with our vacation. We had a Cabana suite, and can i would recommend it for my best friend. Friendly nice staff, clean room, excellent service and a good breakfeast. The location of the hotel is also very nice. |

| NICE RESORT, THE POOL WAS THE BEST AND EVEN BETTER WE GOT UPGRADED UPON ARRIVAL TO THE POOL ACESS ROOM!
