| The room doesn t meet my expectation, quite old. The A/C is not good. It s too cold if A/C was turned on and too hot if A/C was turned off. Last, there s some wall lizards in the room. |

| The resort is situated at a very nice spot between Karon and Patong which allows easy access to both places and beaches. The hotle staff is efficient and friendly in their day to day handling of guest. I would highly recommend for future stay to anyone looking for a nice, quiet and tranquail place to stay while in Phuket. |

| Delightful place in a wonderful position perched on cliffside. Large rooms and fantastic sea view with lots of jungle surrounding. Well laid out bungalows so that you never really noticed your neighbors. Good food at the restaurant. Unfortunately they do no allow late checkout, but did allow use of pool after 12 noon. |

| Very nice place. People were nice & friendly. Rooms were well maintained. Perfect location if you want to be away from the Mayhem. If you don t like steep hills then its not for you or hire a motorbike & drive yourself to & from the room like we did. Breakfast room service was always the same, Better off getting up & eating at the restaurant.Much more variety. We found this out 5 days later as no-one explained this. Would liked to have had a little sports house with maybe table tennis & pool table. That would be nice.
The only thing I have to maybe complain about is the fact that no-one was available to speak english. Virtually impossible to communicate & organise most of the time unless when the boss is there. Besides that...I would highly recommend it. Value for money is great. |

| The most beautiful romantic hotel in all of phuket! The rooms are all so private with beautiful views!!!
The breakfast and restaurant are amazing, great selection and great staff.
Far enough away from patong to be in your own word, but free shuttle bus into town if need be! Would stay here again! |

| Wonderful surroundings, wonderful breakfast buffé but you need transfer to get to the beach, which the hotel provide. We enjoyed Kata Beach much more than Karon Beach. Since the hotel is in a rainforrest there were bugs in the room and there was a smell of damp... Wonderful location of the pool but not much sun because of all the trees. Compared to other restaurants the food was a bit expensive. Free water bottle every day and free safetybox. |

| 1. Location: The hotel is located on the cliff and a little far from the sea and the beach. But it has 3 free- of-charge shuttle buses everyday from the hotel to Patong and Karon Beach. And it is well isolated from the noisy crowd so it is perfect for me.
2. Room: Great sea view from the deluxe ocean view room. facilities of the room are OK. Free WIFI in room which is quite rare in Thailand. But the most inconvenient thing is that we had to climb many stairs from the room to anywhere: the gate of the hotel, the reception and the restaurant.
Also note that the swimming pool on the website is much smaller than it looks like. Moreover it is NOT near the sea as it appears on the photo.
3. Services: Staffs are welcoming and willing to help. Though some of them don t understand well enough English. Restaurant in hotel is good but the price is a little bit higher. Same as the massage.
Overall, it is a excellent choice for people who wanna enjoy their vacation in peace with a good sea view from the cliff. We will absolutely come again in our next trip in Thailand. |

| What a place! Fantasic in any kind of way, superb service and quietly. The standard is wery high compared with other hotels for the same money. The Deluxe room was wery nice and the view was fantastic. The (free) shuttle bus was a good service when the hotel is located a bit far from the beach (takes only a few minutes to patong or karon beach). |

| Silent Resort between the most popular beaches. Nice Rooms, good restaurant, small but good pool. Taxi service to karon or patong beach only at 10.00h and back 16.00h. If you go a little bit later you have to pay about 300Baht per one way by tuk-tuk or taxi. But that was the only drawback. If we will stay at Phuket, we want to stay at secret cliff! |

| The hotel is well located between Patong Beach and Karon Beach. It is a cosy, quiet resort away from the noise and crowds from the main strips, ideal for those who want to enjoy some peace, quiet and scenic sea views. The restaurant serves good affordable food and offers fantastic views of Karon Beach. Staff are pleasant and friendly. We had a deluxe sea view room and it looked exactly like the pictures on the website. The room was very luxurious and spacious and had our own balcony overlooking the sea. The pool though small, was often quiet and again boasts beautiful ocean views. The resort grounds are well-maintained and I enjoyed walking around and taking in the wonderful fragrance of different flowers and plants. All in all, a very pleasant stay, but do note you need transport to get you to the beach. |

| The location was ideally situation between Patong and Karon beaches. The terrain was idyllic but some of the ocean view rooms were in a building block with an unattractive flat roof, rather than the pictures shown on the website (villa style with views from adjacent exteriors). |

| We were so glad to find this little haven of peace & tranquility nestled amidst a tropical paradise. Friendly and accommodating staff, lovely appointed rooms as well as great local food to be had at the restaurant. Although situated off te road between Patong & Karon, it was convenient with the use of a mo-ped to be away from the hustle and bustle with lovely grounds to boot. Definitely a must stay for me! |

| the Secret cliff resort is set amongst meticulously cared for gardens which gives the resort an extremely tropical feel. upon our arrival, however, we were not given the family accomodation we specifically requested time and time again via email prior to departure and more than 2 months in advance. A certain Kim who made the booking double booked and we were forced to be spread ourselves over 2 rooms; our children in one and we parents in another (something I wanted to avoid). i feel this is worth mentioning because parents with young children need the reassurance that their family will be placed in the same quarters. despite this, on the 5th night of our 12 night stay we were catered for and moved to 2 apartments with a shared balcony which made the remainder of our stay absolutely fabulous. the staff are wonderful and friendly but don t seem to have a strong hold of the English language which can make communication difficult at times. |

| these are the problems i ve found in secret cliff
1rst: only after passport registration: 1000 baht extra charge per person if take lady or friend with a managment unfriendly and frankly unpolite
2nd: i ve booked a room ( ocean deluxe view ) that was not same in the pictures at all, but oldated and onestly not so clean
3th: you can hear ANYTHING from other rooms even phone ringing
actually i m sorry to leave bad comments but they deserve it ,the stuff is friendly and the location would be very nice ,but who manage it is anything but this
i was happy to leave this army camp
i strictly raccomend to choose other hotels, and for sure i will not go there anymore |

| Perfect view from restaurant and nice food. The Chi Chi drink is recommended :0) Bbreakfast is a bit boring(as in all other hotels) There is a shuttlebus service.
The hotel spa massage is very expensive.
We had a deluxe sea view room right next to the pool. Room nr. 112. It had a beautiful view of the sea. Small pool area. Lots of stairs everywhere. If the hotel was located closer to the city of Karon, then we would come again, but it is too far away from everything. |

| One of the nicest resorts I stayed at in my visit to several cities in Thailand. Very large rooms, beautiful views, and an excellent polite staff. I woulddefinitely stay there again when I am in the area. On a scale of 1-5 I would give it a 4.5. |
