| 3rd time to Phuket/Patong.2nd time staying at Patong Resort.Resort very well situated. Amenities above expectation. Great value and breakfast variety (built into package) good.Beds typical Asian (very hard) so Westerners need to request mattress top ups which make it acceptable.Meals around Patong restaurants improved to some very good quality/value.Shopping still excellent value (bargain though)and plentiful. One negative is the touts flogging time share schemes annoying so when they ask you if you speak English as an attempted intro immediately decline any further conversation. All up great value and pleasant. |

| 出门非常方便，步行到海滩，步行到BIG C都5分钟。周边的旅行社，按摩店，商店，餐厅非常多。房间很一般，超级普通，毫无特色。值得安慰的是电视频道很多，有几个台蛮好看的。上网有点贵，120泰铢一个小时。 |

| Good hotel, Deluxe room spacious, comfortable, bathroom with bath. Single bed rooms got view on the back street, but not that noisy. Double bed got pool view. Flat TV, 90 channels.
Super deal was great value (2700THB TTC). Breakfast is great. 1 thing : Restaurant (inside) and lobby are so cold ! Please up the temperature, everyone want to be outside ! Helping staffs, correct prices, 700 THB to airport, private minibus. Safe is 70THB/day in the room. |

| As always the service was great. I stay here every year and the new wings are great the rooms are so clean. The breakfast is the best. And the hotel is central to everything.

| Good hotel.Deluxe room bright and big.But I dont understand why you have to pay for the inroom safe deposit box.First hotel we experienced that.Staff very helpfull.Breakfast buffet excelent.Nice,big and clean pool area, but no parasols.Please get some.Good location,close to everything. |

| Old furniture in deluxe room, the room smell bad because of the carpet, sofa and bed that seem to be never cleaned by vacuum cleaner. And on our first day there, they seem not yet changed the bed sheet. Also have cockroach running on the bed. Poor cleanliness for a four star hotel. Breakfast good enough. Must pay additional cost for in room safety deposit box of THB 53.5 per day. |

| Excellent Hotel location, if you stay in garden rooms you pretty much walk outside your room and head north to bangla road and bang youre right there. no joiner fee if you book for 2 people, extra is 700 baht. Phuket is nice but Pattaya is way better. Staying at Lamai next time. |

| Very close to the beach and shopping areas. 5 mins walk to Jungceylon. This is our first time staying in a hotel in Patong and we are not disaappointed with Patong Resort. Service is excellent. We stayed in a deluxe room and it s quite roomy. Breakfast was OK, but my wife and kid loved it. If we have a chance to come back to Phuket, we ll stay here again. |

| One of the best things of the hotel is it s location : very central in Patong.
The reception-area is great and the reception staff is very friendly. In fact I never experienced a more friendly reception staff.
We had a Deluxe twin room on the fifth floor. The room is spacious and had a nice decoration. The bathroom is nice. The toilet was not good : you had to push too long for having enough flushing water. Once there was no warm water for showering.
The cleaning of the room was not sufficient : clean at first sight, though it was only done fast, fast and without looking details. The carpet had a bad smell. I suggest that once in a while that the room should been cleaned toroughly. Some little damages to furniture are walls should have been treated.
The welcome drink was mediocre. The breakfast was not so great : the choice was ok but the quality of food was not special and the staff was nor friendly nor helpfull. |

| Patong Resort lies in a quiet part of bustling Patong beach, short walk to beach and shopping district. Clean, basic room but balcony was non-existent as walls and trees resulted in no view, even though our balcony faces pool. Standard rooms are all in 2 storeys building and seperate from main building. Check-in room service was good, effort made to let us check in on time and to have a pool facing room.
Breakfast was normal American style and service was excellent, with plenty of smiles and automatic coffee refills and clearing of empty plates.
Checking out was a pain as we needed to put our luggage with the hotel but luggage room was a small room, with no lock nor attendant. Anyone could walk in to take away the luggage. We had to carry the luggage into the room and look for a hotel staff who would walk over to the room and give us a luggage tag AND still leave the room door open. I made a local call and was charged as overseas phone. Upon clarification, the receptionist frowned and insisted it was correct. I was too tired by then to argue and simply paid up as it was not too significant amount for me.
Overall, near good food, shopping, away from noisy Bangla road, clean, basic room but the service let it down |

| Yes, yes and once again yes. Although Patong beach is for the Pattaya s kind of Thailands lovers. Hotel was extremely good as for this price. Simple - clean room with veranda located next to the swimming pool definitely worth of recommendation. At the end of my stay altghough I have learned from my friends that they where not so lucky with their rooms- so check it beforhand.

| We are so unhappy with the service provided.
Our room has been upgraded from Superior to Deluxe for 5D4N.
Once we entered into the room (#510), we found the toilet malfunction, can’t flush efficiently, need press the flush handler for few minutes just to get enough water into the bowl before flushing can work like normal. We called to customer service & room maintenance for 3 times & waited inside the room more than an hr. No maintenance guy came & knocks our door. No one turns up.
Something is not right with the air-conditioner as well.
1st midnight, I woke up suddenly as felt warm. How this can happen? We never experience “warm” inside an air-conditioned room. Finally, found out the air-cond was AUTO switched off. I didn’t suspect anything, press ON again & continued sleep. When this thing repeated almost every night, then we suspected something was not right at all. Both of us feel annoyed as we need to wake up more often, 4-5 times over a night. We reported this to reception counter & given a promise that they’ll send someone check this out. After our island trip, before collecting the room key, we double- check with reception counter. From his face expression, I suspected he forgotten about our complaint. But, yet he told us that air-cond is back to normal.
That night, same thing happened…e.g.felt warm, waken up, press the air-cond switch again & again…can u feel how frustrated we are that night?
Customer survey form has been filled & passed to Hotel Manager before leaving.
We hope for their good & reasonable explanation on the “service” provided.

| Patong Resort - It was great. I stayed here once before in March 2006, now again in June 2007.
It was great both times. Location is prime and the security is very good.
Rooms are pretty good. Hotel lobby is very nice.
Staff is great, met our every need, even when busy.
I would definitely stay here again and I look forward to it.

| The hotel itself itself is quite ok. But the rooms and service was not upto the mark. For instance, we requested for changing towels and nothing was done about it. While booking and checking in I requested non-smoking rooms, but to my surprise room had a some weird stale smoke smell. There was no arrangement for tea/coffee in the room. |

| Good 3 star hotel for the price. I had an exec. room on the 4 th floor in the main wing. Great breakfast. Room a little dated but clean as was the bathroom. Very good location for Patong Beach, only a 5 min walk. Late May 07 for my stay so it was very hot with few other at the hotel. Air-con in the room was great. Good price via Sawadee for my stay. |

| Nous avons pris une chambre standard. C est un vieux hotel daté dans l année 70. C est correct mais ne mérite pas la cathégorie Luxe par rapport à d autres hotel autour. L emplacement de l hotel est parfait. Les 2 piscines ne sont pas terrible. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est sans plus. Les personnels sont correct. Disons en général nous donnons 5/10. |

| Very nice - right in the middle of Patong - but very quiet. Staff are fantastic - nothing is a problem.
Breakfast was a bit ordinary... Overall - to be honest a bit overpriced for Thailand. I moved up to the Phuket Island View in Karon Beach (next beach south and it was PERFECT!!! Great price, excellent food, excellent staff. Best feature: Swim up Bar - awesome @ 1200 bht per night. - I WILL BE BACK!
