| If you would like to enjoy Patong Beach, this hotel is the right place. It is just at the centre of everything, Bangla street is 1 min walk, the beach is just infront of your room... We were there when the pick session just started. The Hollywood Beach Club own beach partys between 5 to 9 pm everyday...

| Basically very disappointing. The room was smelly and noisy, not much privacy too. When checked in, they claimed the original room type is full and changed to a larger room but the room turned to be in bad condition. Location is good, right next to the beach but the chair in the beach is not free. Service is normal, a little bit cold maybe because I stayed for only one night. Breakfast is good for the money. Will not visit again due to the poor room. |

| The hotel has just about been taken over by a Time Share sales team which was very disappointing to us the paying guests. Hotel guests were not permitted to use an upstairs sitting area which looks onto the sea however the sales team were constantly taking prospective time share buyers through the pool area and past the paying guests which was really annoying. Hotel is in need of maintenance. First room we were allocated was unacceptable due to location in hotel and noisy airconditioner. bathroom was also below standard, mould around the bathtub. Most of the staff were polite and helpful |

| The only good thing about this hotel is its location, and everything thing else is just BAD, they have the worst service i ever had in Thailand, The reception is so rude and shouting, it all started by one girl shouting at me about 1 people, and i have no idea until another gentlaman came to explain that i have a reservation for 1 person only. They need to learn how to speak english. Also it took them 30 min to finish my room, The room was smiley, and the toileo ok don t let me start.
I am a regular traveler to Thailand and i was shocked. Even i can pay less for much better hotels, and now i regret and i will never again pay in advance. |

| Hotel location is perfect to the party scene. However, the staff not too friendly to Thai people. I am Thai and my husband is a foreigner. Total we had 3 foreigners and 4 Thai people. They were not very polite to their own people. Rooms are okay, not the best, not like the pictures. You re basically paying for the location not for the rooms. |

| Very good hotel, right on the beach. You have to pay for the chairs and umbrellas. The location is superb, the sea, as expected in Phuket is clean and cristal clear. There were a lot of water sports activities on the beach. We stayed in Junior suite on first floor by the pool. It was a nice room but it could be larger. The water pressure was poor in the bathroom.I feel that it was expensive comparing to the value we got. The breakfeast buffet was OK.. |

The hotel is right on the beach and it also has a great pool. The rooms were very nice and clean. I will be going back to stay there again very soon.

| Very disappointed with the hotel transfer did not turn up at the airport though had called and arranged with the hotel way back in march before the arrival; just had to hire the transport from the ariport and it s good that it charged lower than the hotel s offered. Hotel staff was not so friendly, only few brought smiles on their faces when they saw you. Room was upgraded from Deluxe City View to Deluxe Balcony upon check-in. Room located at highest floor, however, you re able to hear noise like dragging chair from another floor up. The ala-cart food ordered from the hotel new resturant by the beach was horrible though given a 10% discount coupon. The waitress assumed they understood the order requirement. Will never go there for dinning except the breakfast was good, menu changed daily. Beach view was good. Overall, hotel is ok with more improvements need to be done. |

| I was impressed with the Patong bay garden resort for a number of things. The position is unbeatable the staff were helpful and pleasant all the time the shower room available if you are leaving late was most appreciated. The rooms were spotless and quite soundproof and the beds really comfortable. Breakfast was also quite good and as for having your dining room at the beach you cant beat that. We really enjoyed our stay and if I go back to Phuket it would be my first choice as I have now stayed in quite a few hotels and it was the most enjoyable. |

| This is the only hotel directly on the Patong beach. However, this establishment is a smelly, poorly managed second rate place that may have been more pleasant in the past. the US$250.00 Adaman Studio was so malodorous that we though that there may have been a death in the room prior to our arrival The so-called aroma therapy was even more impossible then the permeating suer stench. The staff seemed to be well familiar with the problems and were prepared to do absolutely nothing about them. The check in was particularly unpleasant as we were lied to by Ms. M, the duty manager who insisted on our taking an inferior room that was priced at 50% less then what was booked. She claimed the booked room was :damaged until we insisted on getting what was booked. Lowlife Russian guests did not help the experience. Please take your money somewhere else! |

| This Hotel is situated right on the beach in Patong, very close to Bangla road(but not too close).
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and our rooms(Deluxe City view) were quiet, clean and roomy. The pool is really nice and it s a short stroll onto the beach. They are currently building a bar/resturant on the beach side of the hotel so it will be even better once completed.
I loved my time here in Phuket and I will definately be staying here again next year. |

| Great location, close to shopping, nightlife and right on the beach. We had great room with balcony looking onto pool area but not all rooms do and are not so nice. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast great. Some renovations still being undertaken which made it quite noisy beside the pool during the day. Overall good value for money and great location. |

| This hotel is one of the few hotels right on the beach in Patong with a great location. The entry way is kind of misleading, but once you enter the lobby it is like you are in a different world. The rooms are nice and clean and give a very boutique feel. The breakfast buffet was awesome but the spa wasn t up to par. The hotel staff was all very sweet as well as the travel agent who will book all the Phuket tours for you..much better than finding travel agents on the street. The beach in front of the hotel is the nicest part of Patong, some areas can be a little muddy. The hotel is right down the street from the main party scene with bars full of lady boys and cocktail waitresses alike..you can never really tell the difference! We will definitely stay here again! |

| As in much of tsunami devastated Thailand, re-construction was continuing here as of 9/07 and it was annoying. The room (jr suite, oceanfront) location was great. Good staff. Central Patong Beach location. I enjoyed stepping from my room to the sand and having no street noise. Good value, but chek on construction noise as of 9/07. |

| Hi all,
I stayed at BayGarden from 1-4 Sep.
The major benefit this hotel has is its location, it is situated right on the Patong beach and very close to Soi Bangla. It is also within walking distance to Jung Ceylong (the newest huge shopping mall in Phuket) and numerous restaurants and road side shops.
But we were not impressed with the facilities at the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are small with bare minimum facilities, the photos on the website are misleading. The service in the hotel is pretty ordinary, the recep staff and the bell boys were just ok and not very friendly. I have stayed at other places in Phuket (and generally Thailand) where the staff have been much more welcoming and hospitable.
In summary, if you can compromise on the facilities and service for the location this is a good place to stay. Personally, I would try the numerous other hotels around the Patong area on my next visits to Phuket. |

| Was upgraded from deluxe city view room to deluxe balcony pool view room upon check-in. The room is big and comfortable with beautiful thai style interior design.
Hotel has good location where it is located right on the beach, not across the beach road like most others are and also very closed to all the nightlife in Patong.
Has a nice pool-area and the staff are professional and helpful.
Buffet breakfast was good with variety of food. Had to pay for Internet wireless connection inside room which should be free to all who stay there.
All in all a very pleasant stay and would recommend to others who like to stay in a hotel located right on the Patong beach.

| Can not be beat for location, as there are only 3 hotels that are actual on the beach and this is one of them.
The Junior Suites are large and roomy facing the pool. There are a few small things that would make them look beter, like new grouting in the bathroom but other than that they are fine.
The pool is not big compared to other resorts but you have the beach at your door step.
Some of the staff are not as quick as they could be but others are great.
This is my 4th time at this hotel andit wont be my last!!! |
