| Very nice place though the room is small without bath tube. The beautiful private beach and kind service is very impressing. Their staff can easily remember what s your favorate food even we only stay there for 3 days. By the way, this is a lucky place, after the second day we live in, we found my wife pregnant. This is the most great news for our family. Very Nice Team and place. |

| Отель отличный. Очень удачное расположение - прямо на берегу моря, весь утопает в цветах - романтика. Прекрасное обслуживание и в номерах и на пляже. Ежедневно приносят в номера тарелку фруктов (комплимент от отеля), а вечером зажигают ароматические свечи, расправляют кровать, раскладывают на подушки орхидеи. На пляже шезлонги с 2 комплектами полотенец, вода со льдом, влажные полотенца для лица, и фрутовое канапе - все бесплатно. Сам пляж очень чистый, песок; рядом есть камни и там все плавают в масках, можно увидеть даже мурен. Ресторан в отеле хороший, но дорогой (хотя разок все-равно нужно его посетить)) Рядом с отелем очень много разных ресторанчиков. Также рядом нахоятся тук-туки, очень удобно. Вообщем, отличный отель. |

| Absolutely beautiful location, wonderful service, and delicious food. An upcoming renovation will freshen up the rooms, then all will be perfect.
The Sawadee Bookig Agent booked a cab for Airport transport instead of contacting Mom Tri - which meant we had no water for the lengthy ride from the airport. All was well on the return transfer in Mom Tri s own vehicle with water and cool towels! |

| The resort is ideally located right on Kata Beach. The Resorts Restaurant & bar area allow for great views of the beach. The Resort needs a makeover though, the rooms & common areas seem dated and need attention. A lot of the wood work is deteriorated with lack of attention. Service was Ok but not great. We enjoyed our stay here, but probably would not return to this resort. |

| Yes, the location is very good, the beach is very very nice and it is lovely to wake up in the morning and have breakfast by the beach, or have dinner there. The restaurant is perfect!
The interior of our room, however, is really worn out. Even though the sheets are clean and the bathroom is clean, the rooms are old, the furniture can use a renovation. Also, there was a bad smell in the room, something because of the damp getting into the walls, so they try to put it away by burning sent oils in the bathroom, but it doesn t work. It still smells. The staff was ok and generally didn t leave a question unanswered, but I have been to three other cities in Thailand and I also have to admit the staff was much kinder there. I guess all Phuket is less thai and the people do not greet you in the Thai style so much like in Chian Mai, Sukhothai, or the hotel in Bangkok. I missed that. Also, the Internet was not working when i needed it and they couldn t do much about it until the next day.
Again, the restaurant is excellent, and having the beach just outside the window is an excellent memory, but the rooms are not good. If wouldn t recommend it for families with children or romantic couples.
The thing is that this hotel was actually more expensive than any of the other three absolutely top hotels we got and yet it was less quality.
I would suggest that for a 1500 Baht more you should go to the Mom Tri s Resort, which is 5 minutes away by foot - really magical place. I don t know if their beach is good, but we had dinner there twice it was fantastic and the facilities as a whole seem to be of much higher quality there. |

| Hotel was great - my second stay there - breakfast was a little disappointing, but the food at the restaurant for lunch and dinner was great. If you have the chance, make sure to use the free car service to the sister Villa Royale property up the hill - the restaurant there is outstanding also. |

Very friendly staff, high service level. Very good restaurant and ABSOLUTE the BEST WINE LIST of any hotel I have ever visited.
Mom Tri´s Boathouse, rent one of the suites. They have my highest recommendations. Not new but with charm and respect for local traditions. |

| Probably one of the best relaxing experiences my girlfriend and I have had. The hotel staff never stopped smiling, offered us everything we needed, and made our stay there as comfortable as possible. Great location, right on the beach with their own chairs to unwind and relax away from all the crowd. Service is 5 star. We hesitated paying for so much since we were staying for 8 days, but it was well worth it. Will definitely recommend to friends. |

| Very nice hotel, right on Kata beach. Kata is great for those who prefer things a bit quieter and the view is excellent. The service and food were all very good. My only complaint would be about the smell from the drains, which comes into the bathroom. The hotel did its best to mask the smell with scented oils but at times it still whiffed a bit. The local water company had recently worked on one of the pipes and that may have been a contributing factor. |

| Mom Tri s Boathouse was everything that we expected. The location on Kata Beach is ideal and our room had a view to die for. The swimming pool is small but the beach is clean and safe so we chose to spend most of our days on the sand. The staff are very friendly and helpful and very happy to meet most requests. The half price happy hour between 1700 and 1900 is an excellent way to encourage guests to mingle in the bar. We will certainly be returning to Mom Tri s |

| Very nice hotel. High quality on rooms. We had book two rooms and got two rooms with connecting door which was excellent. Nice location on the beach. Resturant was good on all meals. Overall very good service. The pool is quite small for those that want a large pool but it was never croweded. A hotel to recommend ! |

| As arranged, hotel picked us up at the airport. The driver was there waiting for us. Very pleased with the drive to hotel. Fast and safe. On arrival at reception, nice welcome and efficient and informative throughout our stay. Room very clean. View magnificient and sufficient size. Breakfast caters for all tastes. Evening meals superb. Service excellent. Overall staff very polite, warm and welcoming. Would certainly stay at the hotel again in the future. Beach literally 10 yards away. Service at the beach and pool 5*. Cannot fault this hotel. Very happy holiday. |

| simply wonderful. I had a great experience staying there. Right on Kata Beach in Phuket...away from the bustling area of Patong. Small and quaint (only 36 or 37 rooms.) Great service. Great views. Cooking classes offered...must do! Decor is beautiful too. |

| It was actually the Villa Royale we stayed at. We had room number 4, which was fantastic. It s really a suite & is furnished beautifully. The hotel is small & intimate but it never felt cramped & the staff were excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel. |
