| The hotel always make mistake! I send email to ask is your hotel providing pick-up service to airport they answer yes, we provide pick-up serivce . After we check-in and confirm, they said yes, they provide pick-up service but we have to pay extra 500 bhat per person! I think we have been cheated. Their reply is just the one who reply me is not good at English and nothing they can do!
Besides, I stay for 2 night, I have about 4200B through the agent and have to pay another 4200B in hotel. The hotel send us a bill in the room that we need to pay 3550B when check out. At the time we check out, they ask me to pay 7500B. We were really angry and ask them to clarify. They have checked for a long time, we needed to pay 4200B. Why do the resort always make mistake! The staff s attitude seems to be untrained!!
Finally, the water of the pool is not clean enough and the beach view is totally blocked the the vendor huts~! disappointed |

| Stayed 3 nights. Staff very friendly. Hotel room very nice with lake view. My kids love the In House Baby Elephant, Free boat ride around the lake n Free shuttle bus around Laguna area. Restaurants (public area) on the beach looking out at Andaman Sea cheap n tasty. I enjoyed my stay. |

| Had a great time. The kids loved the place so much that preferred to stay over than excursions. |

| Rooms were well appointed - a little old but still nice.
Service was generally good but being a fairly big resort it lacked the personal touch.
The pools are FANTASTIC and the kids loved the waterslide and Nina the baby elephant.
Weather was bad while we were there but it would be a great place to stay in better weather. Very family friendly. |

| Great hotel! all laguna area is very nice and beautiful. we styed there for 6 nights and had a lovely time. pulls are nice, big and beautifully desighned, rooms are well furnished with all nice facilities. the food served at all resort restaorants (for lunch and dinner) is deliciuse, (both thay and western)though breakfast is not highly recommended, in our opinion you can skip it. water slide in the main pool is very attractive for children and the kids club is very nice. our only disapointment was bang tao beach. the beach is not well kept and was a little dirty.the bay itself is also not so beautiful. thailand (including phuket) has much better beaches to offer.
in general, if you do not care about the beach and use the hotel facilities only, i highly recommend this resort. our grade is 9! |

| Very nice hotel, beautiful pool area, were diappointed because of small rooms. We were 3 families and paid same amount + extra bed cost + kids breakfasts every morning, but got much smaller rooms than our friends who paid sameor less than us and got very big rooms for two peeople. Was it because we booked rooms trough Sawadee? Our friends booked direct at hote web site. |

| Nice family hotel. The children loved the elephants at breakfast and on the beach in the afternoon. Pools are very nice, especially for bigger kids. Kids club has nice program and is a great option on a rainy day. Regrettably there is no paddling pool for the really small ones in the waterpark, although there is one at the kids club area. A pity that the view of the beach is taken away by local stands on the beach. The lagoon concept with ferry was very nice. Nice resort especially with kids. |

| Problem occurred on 04 Nov morning during breakfast time at Similan Restaurant. Half way through the breakfast, a strong paint smell soaked up the whole restaurant. Many guests had to leave as a result of this. We took the extra effort to inform front desk staff about this. Sadly the next day on 05 Nov, the same thing happened again. Seems to us that the front desk staff do not take hotel guests feedback seriously. Very disappointed for this incident. |

| The hotel was nice and the pool was spectacular. My kids had a great time. There were ample activities and the free breakfast was very good. If I did go back I d be sure to eat lunch and dinner at the local restaurants on the beach, particularly Tum s. I found the resort food to be mediocre at best and wildly overpriced. |

| Nice Hotel - friendly, attentive staff. We were upgraded from lagoon studio to one bedroom suite - this was appreciated as we were travelling with our 16yr old son and this gave us all space. Only problem with this room (#103)was that it was located on ground floor adjacent to Marine centre and opening onto beach patio - we had to keep our curtains closed as the local jetski owner was permanently positioned outside our bedroom window/balcony, our beach patio was constantly traversed by both staff & guests and market umbrellas/stalls were positioned right in front obstructing our beach view. We felt we had no privacy. The room also smelt very musty - due to ground floor location I think. Would stay at hotel again but would request a room on 2nd or 3rd level - more privacy and hopefully no musty odour. Water slide was A1 suitable for adults and children. Laundry at hotel was expensive ++++ - much cheaper to have it done through one of the beach stalls (80-85% cheaper and just as good, if not better) Wifi available in lobby FOC. Next time would probably try the Sheraton or Dusit Laguna Beach as beach is much more appealing. |

| We stayed 6 nights (2 adults + G/12 & B/6)at the Laguna Beach Resort being upgraded to two Adaman suites oerlooking the sea. The resport staff could not have been more helpful, the service provided was excellent and the family enjoyed all the facilities ranging from the swimmin pool, ater slide to the pool tables. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we ve had and the restaurants, swimming pool and games room only minutesaway.
Whilts the resport was in the process of being up-graded during the low season, there was no adverse impact and the noise was minimal at bst.
The beach cafes were excellent and, whilsy the Tom Yam Gung is the largest and the first you come to, being adjacent to the pool, and the food and service are excellent, try the Sea Shore cafe (the 4th and last one down the beach), a small facility where the service is also first rate, the food excellent and the cost minimal.
A first rate and relaxing holiday where, to be fair, you could simply tay within the resortr complex and eat out at the beach. Would strongly recommend the Laguna beach resport to one and all. |

| When we arrived at the airport, we didn t have any transportation because our reservation didn t exist outside of the printout I had from sawadee.com. We had to pay a taxi to take us to Laguna Beach, and once there were quickly upgraded to the Sheraton Grande, which was a fabulous resort. We were treated well by the staff at Laguna Beach, but we are still a little miffed about reserving months in advance only to show up and not have a room. |
