| I had a pleasant stay here.
Although the location is slightly far from the shopping mall, the rest are just nice.
The room is cozy, and I enjoy the free WiFi everywhere inside the hotel.
Besides, their staff are friendly and they wish you everytime they meet you.
We really impressed with their creativity which they decorate your bed sheet everyday, and even your breakfast.
Note: they have breakfast in menu, instead of buffet style. Good for those who choose healthy lifestyle, instead having too much for breakfast. |

| I had an amazing time in Phuket with my hubby for our honeymoon. Staffs were very friendly and my appreciation to Daniel and team. You guys really make us feel at home! We will definitely come back to stay in the hotel with our groups of friends! |

| Club One Seven was a very nice place to stay, clean and with good breakfast The staff performing with very nice manner.
Located within walking distance to downtown Patong. |

| I would not recommend this hotel.
The rooms are clean and tidy but small. I had a balcony room, which unfortunately looked out to two large buildings being constructed on both sides.....it looked like a bomb had gone off.......not a nice view to wake up to on your first morning!!You had a view of some dirty river and what seemed to be a rubbish tip ..YUK!!
The pool area was also a disaster area...muddy and dirty......whilst I thought I should at least sit by the pool, a rat ran past me........THAT DID IT!!!!
I decided to vacate my room straight away and go to another hotel.I told them the reason why I was leaving,all the staff could say was one word sorry and there was not even an offer to give me some sought of refund,as I paid for 9 nights in advance. As I departed I felt that they(the staff) really didn t seem too worried. |

| The hotel is nice, the room and esp. the bathroom very clean. the rooms to the front have small windows and it are quite noisy. but the rooms to the back are quiet with a view to the river an the hills.
the staff is very friendly and responsive.
we, a hetero-couple, felt completely fine in this obviously gay place. |
