| Looking for the cheap accomodation in Patong and good location Chada is one of the best options. Don t expect great conditions because it s cheap but it s good enough. |

| NOT RECOMMENDED!
1000 Baht was taken from my room around the time of cleaning, I was only out for just over an hour and the money wasnt in full view it was in my wallet under some other items.
The girl at the front desk was good in general but the guy kept handing me the wrong room key and had poor english.
Internet did not work for the entire time i was there.. |

| Pros:
- 5-10min walk to Patong Beach, shopping mall, Bangla Road, and many restaurants to go to nearby.
- Bed is comfortable enough allowing you to have a good night sleep.
- Air conditioning is a major plus as you ll need it in the high season.
- 7 11 convenient store is next door and Pharmacy store is just 2 mins down.
Cons:
- If you are out for a day, room starts to smell like bad odour heat. Buy a deodrant spray.
- Showers do not have curtains so water will splash around everywhere on the floor which can be annoying if you need to go to the toilet after having a shower.
- Cleaners do not clean the room everyday. When they do clean, they only make the bed up. They don t replace the towels and give you toilet paper where I had to grab clean towels from the closest outside and ask for toilet paper when low in supply.
- There is no lounge room to hang out where you can meet other tourist staying at the Guesthouse. |

| Chada Guest House is a good basic room. No frills, except for a nice little breakfast available in the lobby. The staff is very helpful, but only one spoke English well. The wireless internet didn t work the 1st night, but it worked the 2nd night. The room is fairly large and has an electronic safe. It s located next to a convenience store (convenient). There s also a very friendly tour company that operates just outside of the hotel. Every time I left the hotel I checked my valuables in at the front desk, which they placed in a safety deposit box at the desk (free of charge). They keep the key, but nothing was ever missing from my bag. I appreciated that peace of mind. |

| The good times of chada GH are long in the past. The rooms smelling, since the bad with shower has no ventilation at all, only over the guestroom. Black mildew are in the upper corner of the ceiling. Bugs come up if you switch of the light.

| we 8 of us stay in chada gut house 3rd time the guat house cleanly maintained the receiption staff and other staffs are well cooperative .this gust house is ideal licaiton for all night life activities. they can orgonise the other tours also with smiling face |

| Second time here, well pleased with the location, price and room. The room is a little dated, but has AC, fridge, hot water and a clean room and a good staff.A budget hotel and prices you can t beat for what you get. No five star just a good, simple cheap motel. |

| I was booked into this hotel as the lamai was fully booked, its very central to bangla road , and tucked in off the main road,rooms are nice and clean,with ac,tv,fridge ect
staff are very helpful,especially the ladys on reception.
my only advice would be to book a room as far back at the top away from the recieption area ,as it can be very noisey in the morning from outside... |

| we 6 of us stayed in this hotel , the receiptionest and other staff are co operative we are taken may queary and calrification from them , every time we go out the room staff will clean room and keet always clean . we feel we are in 5 star hotel . | I found Chada gueathouse very affordable nice accommodation for the price paid, however my stay here was not the greatest, more due to a neighbour playing loud music most nights :( However I did not make any complaints so perhaps if I did it could have been sorted out.
Location was great room was very clean and comfortable, the day staff were lovely, however when leaving at 5am to the airport the male staff member on duty was rude, tried to re-charge me my room rate despite paying already and overcharge me to get to the airport as previous arrangements had been misunderstood. It was a very unfortunate end to my stay as all the other staff were so honest and nice. |

Patong is by thai standards an expensive resort so the 590baht we paid for chada deluxe rooms was an absolute bargain. Would definately stay again. |

| We stayed at Chada guest House 2-8 July 2009. We thought it was a great location, close to the beach and entertainment facilities. Room was big, hotel quiet and apart from a thunderstorm wiping out the electricty for a few hours, which meant no water in the bathroom i would recommend this hotel and would definately stay here again. |

| I stayed here for a month, Found the staff Courteous, Friendly and Helpful. For the price the room was a bargain- clean, aircon no problem and shower hot. Also had WiFi access which was a Bonus. To negative comment guests - some people hard to please, I guess. |

| Very good location for everybody who find best price, good accomodation and who want to be in . Every serices (exchange, shop, travel agency, massage....) is not far then 50 meters and 300 m to the beach by the nice alleyway. Best resaurant is in the opposite site in the left corner of alleyway. Generally we are satisfied. (Tip: Do not buy any trips in the airport, buy where you stay, save 50% money) |

| Astonished when we got there... seems to be very small, a little smelly at first, but luckily could have a room changed on the 2nd day to 3rd floor which is much better, but the service is OK, could have a free breakfast and internet downstairs.
P.S.: maybe should have the door-lock changed, because it could be easily opened from outside, even we ve locked it inside. :) |
